If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (e.g. name, contact details, content of your enquiry) in order to handle your enquiry. If you apply for a job with us (e.g. by email to personal@harteloxal.com), we process your application documents to carry out the application process. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation of an employment relationship). If no employment relationship is established, we delete your documents no later than six months after the end of the process, unless you have consented to longer storage. If you are hired, the data will be transferred to your personnel file.
