CHROMIC ACID ANODISING

Chromic acid anodising is a special process variation of anodic oxidation which is used mainly in aerospace industry. The fact that electrolyte remainders in cavities won´t cause corrosion is an important reason for using it.

Layers are much more elastic than those made in a common electrolyte, but not as abrasion resistant. Thickness in this process comes to 3-6 µm.

Max. dimension of component: 3200 x 1750 x 500 mm
